What does the "Monthly Maintenance Fee" include?
This covers your hosting, all technical difficulties with your site, changes to your site's content (some of this can be done on your own), and a subscription to all of the improvements and additions that become available. Here are further details on each of these subjects:
Hosting - this is NOT a static site. People are accessing our servers to power the online design tools, this takes significantly more bandwidth then a static site.
Maintenance - if your site has a problem, you never have to pay for expensive computer technicians to fix it, we take care of that.
Adding Content - if you want to change text or add content that will make your site more relevant, for certain things, you can submit the material to us and we will make the changes.
Subscription - your site will have ongoing updates with the best technologies we have developed. You will also have major "modules" added to your site as they become available.
Will people take the time to design online?
Absolutely! Not only will they take the time, but they will thank you for the experience afterwards. Keep in mind there are different types of people throughout the world. There are those that do not like to go to town and wrestle with a graphics designer to get decals for their son's birthday party; or to design exactly what they want on the side of their van. Think about it, when you go to the internet to search for something what are you looking for? Most likely you are looking for someplace that will give you information on the exact product you want and give you a price without having to call someone. That is what this technology does. It gives your customers the ability to design exactly what they want and then gives them their price. You will also find your customer is much more committed to buy once they have designed their product. After all it is exactly what they want because they created it.
Do people have the ability to design online?
This one is not so cut and dried. The answer is yes and no. Some people do and some do not. However the scale is quickly tipping towards those that do. SignSite does take into consideration those that do not wish to design on-line. We realized that there are customers that are not capable or willing to use our design tools, but would like to purchase custom products online. We have not forgotten these people. Our sites are easily navigated and give these customers information and the opportunity to contact customer service for assistance. In the future we intend to incorporate simple template tools that will help even the least tech savvy customers to complete a successful online order.
Why does the system cost so much?
SignSite offers many programs uniquely built for any budget. Marketed correctly any of these options have the ability to generate millions of dollars each and every year. How come I don't own the software?
The reason SignSite is not selling our technology outright is protection. It is protecting our technology from being pirated and protecting you from market saturation. However the benefits of this for you do not end here. First let's look at price. If we were to sell this program it would have to be much more expensive. By licensing the technology we can keep the cost down to a reasonable level. Second our technology is completely server based. This gives you the ability to receive updates as needed. It also makes for a much more stable environment. If there is an error for one it affects all. This means many problems will be discovered and repaired with little or no effect to you. On Pro this benefit carries even farther! By keeping our technology server based and in our possession it gives us the ability to constantly upgrade your website with new and exciting tools and product. And do not forget the wholesale option. It is also available because of our server based products.
How do I set myself apart from everyone else?
The short answer here is you and your team will set you apart. This is the reason we are not offering to handle the marketing for your site. Each of you will have the same training. What is my national benefit to SignSite ownership?

At this time SignSite Pro does not have this feature. All other programs do offer this as an option you can add. Pro is an all inclusive site that is ready to go with thousands of products. We are currently looking at how we can allow you to add your own unique products without disrupting what is there.
